Opening Act: Singer/songwriter Dorothy Zerbe has been creating and absorbing music all her life. She has 2 new CD’s just out: Sweetly ‘Neath the Moon (Lullabies) and Dorothy Zerbe and the Savage Beast String Band Live at Mt. Morris. Her pure voice and genuine, straight-from-the-heart style captures and uplifts listeners.
Second Act: Building around the mesmerizing vocals of Rebecca Hoffman, The Guilty Wanted has developed a sound best described as ‘modern Americana.’ The band is equally at home moving from acoustic guitar, piano, and upright bass, to effects driven, spacious electric guitar and synth keyboard sounds to meld classic beauty with a new modern touch all of their own.
Final Act: The accordion filled quartet Copper Box will close the show, bringing their unique, high-energy blend of Tex Mex influence, New Orleans flavor, and old Wisconsin polka to the stage. With over a decade of music, the band has grown to be one of the region’s favorite musical acts, described by one fan as “a guaranteed good time party every show”. After the Rain, the band’s seventh album, was released in August 2013, and blends the strong vocals of Michelle Jerabek with button accordion, keys, cornet, bass, ukulele, guitar, sax, and drums.
